Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We only approve refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

You received the wrong item, flavor, or product variation.
Your order arrived damaged, leaking, or non-functional right out of the box.
Your package was lost in transit or never delivered to your address.

To keep things efficient, all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number.
A clear photo or video showing the issue.
A short explanation of what went wrong.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to product safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened, used, or partially consumed disposable vapes.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or handling.
Items returned without prior authorization from our support staff.

All disposable vapes are final-sale once opened.

Refund Process

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Replacement Policy

When a defective product is verified, we may issue a replacement instead of a refund—depending on product availability.

If the exact item is out of stock, we may offer:

A store credit, or
A replacement with a comparable product, based on your preference.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Missing or Delivered-But-Not-Received Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

First check with your local carrier or post office.
Look around your delivery area (mailbox, neighbor, front desk, etc.).
